Artists' Moving Image

We have developed a series of bespoke courses, with funding from Arts Council England, aimed at cinemas and mixed arts venues who are interested in curating and developing audiences for artists' moving image.

An intensive one-day course is being run in each region of England - courses in the South East and South West will take place in Spring 2008. The courses focus on a range of topics, such as: a short history and contemporary overview of artist's film and video; accessing work; rights clearance; good curatorial practice; working with artists; developing new audiences; and diversity issues.
