Film Hub South East

The ICO is the Film Hub Lead Organisation for the South East, responsible for administering funds from the National Lottery to support a stronger and more connected approach to growing audiences for British and international cinema throughout the region.

Due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis we are not able to accept any new applications for our funding schemes. We are consulting closely with the BFI and FAN partners, and will update you with more information as soon as possible. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a past or potential application, please do get in touch. Film Hub South East is here to help you during this testing time so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note that funding for filmmakers in the region via BFI NETWORK South East is still available to apply for. More information can be found on this page.

Film Hub South East is part of the BFI Film Audience Network.

The Film Hub South East region covers the counties of Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Norfolk, Oxfordshire, Suffolk, Surrey and Sussex. We are thrilled to be working with cinemas, film festivals, film societies and community groups to develop a thriving and inclusive film exhibition sector across the South East.
