You’re a manager in film exhibition. You’re passionate and make a big contribution to your organisation, but you’ve never had the chance to sit down and learn the key management skills that will make your life easier, your goals clearer and change the way you approach your job. Until now…

Elevate: Introduction to Leadership is your opportunity to learn practical management skills to make sure your film exhibition career is moving in the right direction. This bespoke training experience will accelerate your professional development through a holistic approach, with expert support, coaching and peer-to-peer learning.

We want to make the film industry more inclusive. People who are Black, Asian or ethnically diverse and people who consider themselves to have a disability are underrepresented in cinema and film festival jobs. That’s why we particularly welcome applications from these groups.
