LFF XR Programme & Guest Coordinator

The BFI are seeking an XR Programme & Guest Coordinator to join the Festivals team to provide administration for all aspects of XR programme acquisitions for the BFI London Film Festival.
Fixed Term Contract: 10 May until 27 October 2023
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the XR Programmer and Senior Systems Coordinator to ensure the Programme database is well maintained throughout the programming process
- Responsible for the preparation and circulation of standardised and specialised data sets and key documents for meetings as directed by the XR Programmer and Festival Director
- Ensuring the database accurately reflects feedback from programmer feedback and meetings
- Ensuring XR database is prepared for submission notifications on a rolling basis
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working in a cultural organisation or festival in a programme or production role, including demonstrable experience of working with XR and immersive technologies.
- Good IT skills including experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and mail merge workflows
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and meet challenging deadlines
- Ability to work independently on projects with strong reporting skills
