Website Supervisor

Salary: £25,000+

Arrow Films are looking for a Website Supervisor to manage their existing eCommerce website and help in the creation and development of other websites relevant to the growth of our successful film distribution and media services businesses in both the UK and the US.

The successful candidate will work alongside our Marketing, Production Operations and Sales teams to take a lead role in maintaining, growing and developing our main B2C site, a key point of contact for our fans and customers.

The role will help the wider team deliver premium content for the site (news, events, newsletters) via our CMS, plus manage and co-ordinate our regular New Release announcements across our main labels (Arrow Video, Arrow Academy, Arrow Films and Arrow TV), help grow the business with CRM planning (via Pure360) and work alongside our Customer Service Supervisor during heavy volumes of Customer Service queries relating to website orders.

The successful candidate will also take a role on the implementation of continued development on our main websites (working with a third-party development company), ensuring compliance on relevant regulations, plus evaluate website analytics to help inform on future enhancements and for reporting to the wider business.

The role requires keen product knowledge, and is based in our Shenley office with regular interaction with our key internal departments, plus relevant clients and third-party partners.
