Volunteer Opportunities

Salary: Unpaid

BFI Flare are currently looking for a team of committed, hard-working, enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to assist in the smooth running of this year’s Festival (18 – 29 March 2020).

BFI Flare is looking for volunteers to assist across the following areas:

• Programme Notes for Audiences – voluntary placement (from 9th March)
• Festival Digital Viewing Library preparation – voluntary placement (pre festival)
• Events Team – voluntary placement (from 18th March-28th March)
• Filmmaker Guest Desk – voluntary placement (from 18th March-28th March)
• Industry Delegate Desk – voluntary placement (from 16th March-30th March)
• Guest Transport Team – voluntary placement (from 18th March-28th March)

Volunteers are an essential and valued part of the festival team and BFI Flare would not be possible without the support of our volunteers, who generously dedicate their time and commitment.

This a great opportunity to gain experience of working on a film festival, enjoy access to BFI Flare events and films and immerse yourself in LGBTIQ+ culture!
