Volunteer Coordinator

Salary: £2,701 fee

Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to manage the recruitment, training, scheduling, coordination and evaluation of Volunteers for the 14th Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival.

Fixed-term contract: 2 July – 15 October 2018

Every year the Festival recruits a large team of volunteers without whom the Festival wouldn’t be possible. BFMAF’s Volunteer Team is the face of the Festival and undertake a range of vital tasks including stewarding exhibitions and film screenings, staffing information desks, supporting live music events as well as helping to gather audience feedback.

We are seeking an organised and experienced person to work alongside the Festival team to ensure the smooth delivery of Volunteer activity, and an enjoyable and positive experience for all volunteers.
