Sheffield Doc Fest is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator in advance of this year’s festival.

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for leading our successful DocCrew volunteer programme, liaising with all Festival teams to ensure the right support is in place pre, during and post-Sheffield DocFest 2025.

They are at the heart of the DocCrew volunteer programme, which attracts more than 500 applications each year, from across the UK.

The Volunteer Coordinator will ensure support for a number of people from a wide range of backgrounds, so that they can have the best experience possible during the festival. They will work with local community groups and visit local universities and schools.

Role details
  • Fixed-term contract: Total days: 54. 10th March – 2 days per week, 7th April – 3 days per week, 12th May – 4 days per week, 2nd June to 24th June, including the weekend of 21st and 22nd June. Festival delivery period 18th to 23rd June 2025
