Visitor Services Manager

Salary: 25,000 per annum pro rata

QUAD is looking for an experienced Visitor Services Manager to join the team and work with them for up to a year whilst the current postholder is on maternity leave.

QUAD is a world-class visual arts centre in Derby, presenting both a local, national and international programme with a reputation in digital and creative media.

The role

You will oversee all aspects of box office operation for our cinema and other activities, maintaining and developing QUAD’s excellent customer service standards.

Having already worked in a managerial role in a customer facing environment, you will be experienced in supporting and motivating a visitor/customer services team, this will include managing staff rotas and budgets. You will have an excellent understanding of all aspects of customer care principles and cash reconciliation. A good track record of building strong relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the safe and effective running of the QUAD building.

• Part -time: 22 .5 hours per week
• Fixed-Term Maternity Cover: up to 12 Months
