Broadway is seeking a Venue Supervisor to join their team.

About the role
We seek a Venue Supervisor who will join the team that is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all of our customers, clients and guests; working across the whole venue, to ensure Broadway achieves its business and customer service objectives.
You will have experience of working in hospitality, leisure, conference, cultural or other public venues, with a commitment to customer care, inclusion, and delivering excellent service. Experienced in staff management/supervision and achieving strong team performance; you will also have experience of using CRM systems, computerised ticketing system or similar till system (specific experience of Spektrix CRM system is desirable).
You will also have a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and ensuring this is reflected in daily work practice and team/customer relations.
Hours: 40 hours a week, to be worked flexibly, Monday-Sunday, including weekend & evening work
