Venue and Zone Coordinator

Salary: £22,368.96 - £24,054.00 (pro rata)

Leeds Film is looking for people to work as part of a casual pool of Venue & Zone Coordinators at festivals organised by Leeds Arts, Events & Venues throughout the year.

The festivals include: the UK’s largest annual arts and light festival Light Night Leeds (12 and 13 October 2023); Leeds International Film Festival (3-19 November 2023); and the UK’s largest film festival for children and families, Leeds Young Film Festival (Easter 2024).

About the role

As our next Venue and Zone Coordinator you’ll coordinate screening or event activities, audiences and teams across a venue or zoned area for festivals: venues include cinemas like Hyde Park Picture House, Vue at The Light Leeds and Everyman Leeds, and zones include areas of arts activities like Millennium Square and Victoria Leeds. The responsibilities of the role will include coordinating screening or event activities and schedules across venues or zones; coordinating a team of volunteers in a venue or zone area and look after their safety and well-being; and coordinating ticketing at screenings or events using box office software.
