Soho House are looking for a UK Cinema Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day logistics of cinema operations.

The role…

At Soho House the UK Cinema Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day logistics of cinema operations. A successful Operations Manager will be well-versed in the operations of our cinemas.

Main Duties

  • Manage UK cinema teams including staff salaries, equipment, and maintenance
  • Technical support for Technical Managers and staff
  • Recruitment and training for technical staff
  • Ensuring the cinema’s compliance within local license requirements
  • Point of contact for our external vendors
  • Deal with all relevant guest enquiries and complaints
  • Work with Electric reception manager on social media
  • Manage all aspects of the Electric Cinema brand including website upgrades and redesigns
  • Write weekly reports on cinema to be shared with site GMs for distribution
