The BFI is seeking a Coordinator to support their Transformation Programme.

The postholder will be required to perform a wide range of difficult to complex duties, research and synthesise information, administer and maintain communications, documentation, financial and technical information related to the Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of the Transformation Programme in their daily duties by providing effective support management
  • Understanding processes relevant to the management of the programme and its initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships as a liaison for the Programme Office with all Initiative Leads and their departments, at all levels of seniority.
  • Liaise with project managers to collect information to monitor and evaluate programme progress against plan and flag potential issues to be addressed and escalate if necessary to the Head of the Transformation Programme.
We are seeking someone who has
  • Proven experience in a programme coordination role.
  • Experience of reporting – status, dashboards, financial, governance.
  • Working knowledge and experience of project management processes such as compliances and reporting.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft 365 especially SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word with experience in managing databases, spreadsheets and financial data. Knowledge of other software packages including web-related and social media would be an advantage.
