The focus of the BFI London Film Festival team is the delivery of this major event to the highest possible standard, for the benefit of audiences and filmmakers alike. The Ticketing Coordinator is an integral part of the team. You will work closely with key BFI staff, PR partners and partner distributors to coordinate and provide a consistent service strategy and delivery across guest list processes for our screenings and events.

You will have demonstrable experience working within the UK Film Industry environment, managing stakeholder/member relationships and working as part of a team in a high-pressure environment. A close eye for detail and the ability to manage and prioritise work across a heavy workload as well as excellent IT skills are essential for this post.

The post is based at BFI Southbank and may be required to work across several Festival Venues during LFF. This post will work varying hours, including evening and weekend work, therefore the ability to work flexible hours is essential to the role.
