Showroom Workstation is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis.

About the role

Hours
Contracted hours: 21 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday
Shifts: 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm on a fair rota basis. Flexibility to work other days to cover holidays and sickness required. Occasional evening or weekend working may also be required, by prior arrangement.

Salary
During 6 months probationary and training period: NLW (currently £10.42 per hour)
On successful completion of probation: £11.06 per hour (£21,279.44 per annum (based on 37 hours contract); pro-rata’d salary for 21 hours contract: £12,077.52

The Workstation is part of the vibrant and creative atmosphere of Showroom Workstation, which is an integrated media arts complex operating a café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema, and creative industries managed workspace.

We have an exciting vacancy within our Tenant Services team, who are the first people tenants and visitors meet when they visit the Workstation.

The successful applicant will have a passion for offering exceptional customer service, will enjoy finding solutions to sometimes obscure and often interesting problems, and will always remain friendly and calm under pressure.  The ability to multi-task is essential.  Please check the job description for full details of what the job involves.
