The job

The company is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our London based Technical Operations team.

This is an entry level position providing the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast moving international sales and distribution company. Working as part of our Tech Ops team you will be part of the group responsible for preparing and delivering content to our customers.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Coordinating DCP/35mm print transport for Theatrical, Non-Theatrical and Festival bookings;
  • Ordering KDMs for Digital Cinema screenings;
  • Liaising with Exhibitors and third-party suppliers to return assets after screenings;
  • Providing technical support and assistance to exhibitors;
  • Supporting the sales team in coordinating delivery logistics including providing tracking information and other time sensitive information;
  • Maintaining accurate asset management records;
  • General office and administrative duties.

Essential skills and attributes:

  • An interest in and a basic knowledge of film, tape and digital formats;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills;
  • An ability to identify and solve problems with a minimum of fuss;
  • An ability to work under pressure;
  • Friendly and approachable personality.

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge and general interest in film and entertainment.
