Salary: £30,138 - £35,817

The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema is a bustling entertainment venue in the heart of Redhill, hosting a wide range of events including live music, comedy, film, drama, exhibitions and conferences.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proactive approach to join our team and to play a leading role in the next exciting stage of the venue’s development. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the effective operation of the Harlequin Technical department-ensuring it thrives in the face of a consistently changing workload where no two days are the same.

You will have significant experience in technical theatre and performance spaces, managing and motivating people, excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be experienced in promoting and maintaining a proactive Health & Safety culture.
