Salary: £42,480 - 49,965

The BFI is looking for a Talent Manager to build and sustain meaningful relationships with key individuals in the UK and internationally to advance the BFI’s objectives.

The successful candidate will work with the Press and Public Relations Director and the Executive Director of Engagement, Marketing and Communications to create and oversee an integrated Talent and Ambassador strategy.

Role responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a new BFI Ambassador Programme.
  • Develop and foster key talent relationships to support the BFI’s work across cultural programme, industry and philanthropy.
  • Plan and manage BFI Fellowship Awards.
Person specifications
  • Significant experience working with talent in film, television, performing arts, or a related cultural environment.
  • Experience planning and delivering high-profile events or campaigns, particularly involving talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including discretion, diplomacy, and confidence when engaging with high-profile individuals.
  • Great contacts and proven ability to build long-term relationships with talent or stakeholders to foster meaningful engagement and advocacy.
