Social Media Assistant

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Showroom Workstation is looking for a Social Media Assistant, experienced and confident in the creation and scheduling of social media posts, to support the work of the marketing and development department, at the Showroom Workstation.

Showroom Workstation is an independent charity, operating an integrated media arts complex with café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema and creative industries managed workspace.

The successful applicant will use creative thinking to build a narrative, whilst having commercial awareness to curate content, that is on-brand and eye-catching. A high-level of writing skills and attention to detail are needed for proofing writing, and publishing content on public platforms. The role will also involve updating website content using the website content management system, and some general admin duties, in support of the marketing department.
