Independent film distributor Dogwoof is seeking a Servicing & Assets Coordinator to manage their assets and deliveries.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Role overview

• Responsible for managing, coordinating and sometimes creating all assets & deliveries, in a smooth, effective and cost-effective manner.
• Be able to clarify and explain the items in the deliverables list when needed or requested by the producers.
• Responsible for monetising sales of deliverables to our clients, maximising revenue and hitting the sales targets.
• Key liaison and main point of contact with buyers to supply deliveries to full execution and negotiate when necessary the items in the delivery list.
• Key liaison and main point of contact between producers and distributors for artwork approval.
