Senior Systems Coordinator

Salary: £29,055 - £34,338

The BFI is seeking a Senior Systems Coordinator who will work as the lead user of the BFI Festival and Programme departments’ information systems.

The Senior Systems Coordinator will manage the current systems and processes and lead on all activity that relates to existing Festival and Programme systems including Artifax and Filemaker Pro, and will also act as the departments’ representative for wider BFI system integrations and streamlining opportunities.

This role will provide detailed training for all teams and new starters, manage the continual improvement and development of the systems and report back to Senior Management on updates, opportunities and changes.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience, preferably in a cultural organisation and will have previous experience working in a similar operational or data management role, particularly during implementation of new systems.
