Senior PR Manager, Corporate, Industry and Partnerships

Salary: £44,673 - £52,263

The BFI is seeking a Senior PR Manager, Corporate, Industry and Partnerships to join its corporate Press and PR team and drive the PR and publicity, media handling, social media, strategic messaging and communications across its industry, partnerships and corporate activities.

As the UK’s National Lottery Distributor for film the BFI has the biggest public fund for film in the UK and aims to develop and support original UK filmmakers and films and to increase the audiences who can enjoy them. This role involves working closely with the BFI Film Fund with a focus on Production, Development and Audiences (Distribution and Exhibition), supporting our work regionally and internationally and in Skills and Education. The role also involves working closely with External Affairs teams with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, statistics, certification and policy.

Alongside excellent PR skills and established contacts within the media, this role requires a sophisticated level of knowledge and experience of the film industry and landscape and will be required to handle crisis communications. The role requires working with a wide range of external stakeholders and partners so experience in this area is also essential.
