Project Manager - Critical Writing Commissions

Salary: £6,475 fee

The Edinburgh International Film Festival is seeking a Project Manager for our Critical Writing Commissions project.

Freelance contract, June-September 2023

In 2023, in a special one-year iteration, the 76th Edinburgh International Film Festival will take place as part of the Edinburgh International Festival. EIFF’s compact and curated selection of films will be presented 18-23 August, complementing the EIF’s programme of world-class artistic activity.

Organisationally this edition of EIFF will exist under the auspices of the Edinburgh International Festival with primary funding and support provided by Screen Scotland.

Reporting to the Programme Director, the Critical Writing Commissions Project Manager will lead on the delivery of this exciting professional development initiative, overseeing the delivery of the project and the publication of the participants’ work. The Project Manager will design and support formal networking opportunities between participants to foster creative relationships with international editors and create a supportive environment for successful future collaborations across the cohort.
