The BFI is seeking a Programme Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery and integration of their transformation strategy (T21).
The BFI has created a dedicated Transformation Office that is working closely with senior stakeholders across the BFI to conceptualise, plan, manage and drive forward key initiatives for our transformation strategy (T21).
Reporting directly to the Head of T21 Programme, the Programme Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery and integration of the T21 initiatives and supporting all T21 Programme activities.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head of T21 Programme in their daily duties and assisting in the planning and organising of all T21 programme activates as required.
- Administer and maintain all team communications, research and manage all programme documentation.
- Liaise with project managers to collect information to monitor and evaluate programme progress and flag potential issues.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience of managing and prioritising a heavy and varied workload.
- Experience of using and interpreting data.
- Experience of monitoring budgets and processing invoices and purchase orders.

The role is predominantly based at Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
