About the job

As Programme and Marketing manager at Catford Mews you will be integral in developing and implementing an exciting programme and marketing strategy for the venue. You will be responsible for creating a cinema and event programme that will entertain and attract the widest possible audience. On top of this you will be central to Catford Mews marketing strategy, building upon our existing presence and developing it to make us one of the best-known art venues in South London. You will be at the forefront of the organisation, energising the borough and embodying the ethos of Catford Mews.

Outreach and audience development are a key element to the position, and you will be expected to acquire a keen understanding for our local area and use that to inform our programme. You will work closely with the senior team to ensure our guests have an excellent experience with us, from website booking through to their time in the venue. A personable approach will be required as you head up our community engagement through working with local arts organisations, schools and local councils to ensure our venue becomes a cultural focal point for Lewisham.

Along with the venue management team, you will oversee in-house events and ensure a positive experience for our guests. Our chosen candidate will have an eye for detail and be proactive in seeking out new relationships to make Catford Mews and future RLG sites thriving and exciting cultural destination for the whole community.
