Salary: £27,033 - £28,728 per annum

The BFI are looking for an enthusiastic People Coordinator to join our team at the BFI to provide a client focused, timely and efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to develop your existing HR skills in a leading cultural organisation.

Fixed Term Contract: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

  • Alongside another People Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination of recruitment, benefits and people data administration
  • Work closely with People Advisors/Managers in coordinating induction and employee training including room bookings, provision of refreshments and registering of candidates.
  • Update and maintain the HR and Payroll Information System iTrent and learning platforms ensuring all data is accurate
  • Support the delivery and implementation of the People/HR strategy working with colleagues to identify areas for service improvement and development

Experience & Skills

  • Experience of working in an HR or recruitment environment
  • You will be a proactive, client focused professional who will collaborate with peers to deliver high levels of service
  • Experience of using database systems and data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and targets whilst working in a busy environment
