Partnerships Coordinator OPPs

Salary: £30,141-£35,622 per annum

The BFI is seeking a coordinator to support the OPPs team and cover all aspects of funding application and award management, project management, performance review, contracting and partner support.

  • Contract: 9-12 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
Key responsibilities
  • To support funded partner staff to deliver quarterly reporting to the BFI in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • To coordinate NETWORK funding callouts and the annual activity planning process for BFI delegates and partners.
  • To support BFI NETWORK funded filmmakers to work to agreed funding frameworks, including for approval of awards and funding agreements.
  • To co-ordinate the preparation and execution of funding agreements with utmost accuracy, collating information from applicants and partners.
Experience & skills
  • Demonstrable experience of being in a role involving effective team working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrable administrative experience and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
  • An understanding and appreciation of the purpose of public funding.
