Part Time Duty Manager

Norden Farm Centre for the Arts is seeking a Duty Manager (non-fixed hours contract).
The Duty Manager is responsible for managing the building on a day to day basis. In particular overseeing the front of house operation and working with paid staff and volunteers.
You should be well organised and a good communicator. The role requires lifting and moving quickly around the site throughout the shift. A good level of IT would be a distinct advantage. Shifts will be predominantly evenings and weekends from September, with training sessions this Summer. We particularly welcome applicants from an ethnic minority, as they are under-represented within the organisation.
