Operations Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Derby QUAD is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

Role responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and line manage QUAD Café Bar and Visitor Services Team ensuring that customer service standards at QUAD constantly develop and improve
• Oversee all aspects of the Box Office and Café Bar strategy and work with other departments to ensure the safe and effective management of QUAD’s building, Cafe and events
• Ensure QUAD’s customer facing sales are maximized through proactive approaches to selling and targets are met
• Develop the customer service policy and provide input on other relevant policies
