About the role

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the festival team, working closely with the Head of Operations & Production to support a range of other departments in the administration and
operational delivery of the festival which takes place 14-19 June 2023. The role requires an ability to learn and understand digital systems in order to propose and implement efficient and effective working methods, improving user experience and engagement. This role will coordinate the use of festival management software (currently Fiona Festival) which handles pass sales, registration, scheduling, hospitality, entries, and website content. You will also coordinate the festival registration process, with assistance from the wider Registration team. Other duties include contributing to, and support of, website developments, box office systems, and audience/data analysis.

This is a full time, permanent position.
