Salary: £17,500 per annum

Cinema For All is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join its team.

As well as undertaking general administration under the guidance of the Head of Operations and Sector Development (OSD), the Operations Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Cinema For All’s non-theatrical distribution service, the Booking Scheme, providing day-to-day administrative support in relation to membership, including finance, and support for events and training as required.

We’re looking for someone with an excellent approach to organisation, outstanding administration skills, keen attention to detail, experience of managing invoices and financial systems, excellent team working and customer service skills and the ability to problem solve and effectively prioritise a busy workload. An interest in film would be an advantage.

This position would suit someone with a flair for administration with at least two years’ proven admin experience in a busy office. As we expand our training and support programmes, our ideal candidate would also be someone with the confidence to deliver our advice via our training workshops, both in person and over Skype (full training will be given).
