Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum

Rooftop Film Club started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and expanded globally with multiple venues across the UK and US. Driven by our love of film, we are on a mission to transform nights at the cinema to stunning rooftop views, with awesome drink & food and great movies on the big screen.

About the job

As a Multi-site General Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of our London venues. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of all events, management of staffing, training, and all related activity, landlord and vendor relationship management, inventory management and internal reporting.

The right person for the role has the ability to incentivise staff to provide excellent customer service, is an excellent communicator at all levels, enjoys innovating on ways to provide an exciting atmosphere for guests, and holds everyone and themself to the highest standards.

Your role will be to establish best organizational structures across all aspects of the rooftop and back-of-house administration. This is a full time, fixed term role of 7-8 months. You will be required to be on site managing a venue at least 3 nights a week at our Peckham or Stratford locations.
