Glasgow Film is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on the Glasgow Film Festival

The marketing team performs a key role in the planning and success of Glasgow Film Festival (GFF), showcasing the programme and ensuring it reaches as wide an audience as possible. The GFF Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role, working across the marketing and festival teams, and with external providers, to ensure marketing requirements are fulfilled to specification and by deadlines.

The GFF Marketing Coordinator has a wide-ranging remit as a central lead on multiple marketing requirements, in the lead up to and during the festival. Working closely with colleagues in the marketing and festival teams, they will ensure all promotional activity for GFF is delivered on time and to an excellent standard.

This includes gathering content for the promotion of the festival films, creating and maintaining databases of information for the festival, and organising the creation and delivery of branded assets for marketing and advertising purposes.

This role requires a very organised, positive and proactive attitude, the ability to manage a very busy workload, and deal with multiple competing priorities in a calm and constructive manner.
