The BFI London Film Festival is seeking a Senior Programme and Screenings Coordinator to work closely with the Programme Manager in delivering the screening materials for the BFI London Film Festival programme.
Fixed term contract for 4 months; 12th July – 3rd November 2021
The Senior Programme and Screenings Coordinator will be responsible for print transport across high profile works, and will be first point of contact for enquiries from filmmakers, sales agents, international festivals, venues and transport agents. Liaising with the Programme team you will refine and communicate screening schedules, as well as securing publicity materials for brochure and website together with UK distributors.
You will ensure that films will be screened in the right format, at the right time, in the right venue and will liaise with film-makers, producers regarding the screenings of their films. You will also have technical knowledge of films formats and experience in print movement.
This post will involve working varying hours, including evenings and weekends, therefore the ability to work flexible hours is essential.

The role is predominantly based at BFI Southbank, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
