The BFI is seeking a Senior Digital & Regional Screenings Coordinator.
The BFI is seeking a Senior Digital & Regional Screenings Coordinator to join its Festivals team for this year’s 66th BFI London Film Festival.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the production of the digital screenings programme for both public and press and industry screenings.
- Data collection and asset management as well as managing internal and externals communications regarding digital screenings.
- The first point of contact for rights holders in regards to digital presentation and will work closely with BFI digital and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of both the public and press/industry programmes.
- Work across the regional screening programme, with both rights holders and regional venue partners to deliver a UK wide screenings programme.
- Work with external partners in the creation of access materials for digital screenings where applicable to improve access for audiences.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrable experience working in a programme production or film booking role and/or digital production roles
- Demonstrable experience in database management – specifically FileMaker Pro and/or Artifax
- Adept at using multiple operating systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with BFI colleagues, festival partner venues and rights holders
