The BFI London Film Festival is looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to help delivery the Hospitality programme for the Festival.
Fixed term contract for 4 months; 12 July – 29 October 2021
You will help to develop and execute a large number of hospitality events for the LFF, including filmmakers dinners, receptions and networking drinks for the duration of the festival. You will work closely with the Guest Services, Partnerships Managers to provide a consistent strategy and delivery to Festival guests and attendees.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in the Hospitality industry, with proven experience working with external partners including film companies and distributors. You will have excellent organisation, budget management and communications skills with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
