LFF Guest Transport Manager



Salary: £36,024 to £42,147

The BFI London Film Festival Guest Transport Manager oversees a busy team tasked with facilitating a first-class ground transport service for Festival filmmakers, VIP guests, staff and Festival deliveries.

The Guest Transport Team works closely with the Festival Production Manager, Gala Producer, Programme & Guest Services Team, driver agency and taxi providers to ensure a welcoming, well-organised and timely transport experience between a range of London cinemas, reception venues, airports, hotels and red carpet events. The Guest Transport Manager is responsible for developing and delivering an efficient and sustainable ground transport strategy that effectively negotiates geographical and resource constraints without compromising service standards.

With excellent knowledge of London’s transport links, the successful candidate will have experience of working on a film festival or similar event. You will have proven experience of managing a team, budgets and reporting, with excellent administrative and communication skills. You will have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and keep calm under pressure while prioritising and managing changing deadlines.

The successful candidate must be available to start the week commencing 17 September 2018.
