LFF Events Producer (Gala Receptions & Special Presentations)

The BFI is seeking a Gala Receptions & Special Presentations Assistant Manager to join their Festivals team for the 66th BFI London Film Festival.

Fixed Term: 15 August – 4 November 2022

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical planning and event management support on the research, planning, communication and delivery of a range of Festival Gala Receptions, including Opening and Closing Night.
  • Work closely with the Festival Producer and our external events management agency on the planning and presentation of the festival’s Special Presentation strand.
Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within a film festival or related red carpet environment
  • Experience of dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A track record in successful budget management with strong administrative, process and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in event production management, with the ability to manage resources ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
