Learning and Development Assistant
Little Wing Film Festival
London
Salary: National Living Wage
Little Wing Film Festival are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant to join their team as part of the Kickstart scheme.
- Contract: 6-month
- Hours: 25 hours per week
We’re on the hunt for a Learning and Development Assistant to join our team and help contribute to the sustainability and development of Little Wing in 2021 and beyond!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about film festivals, film exhibition, and the wider role film and art plays in impacting our society.
You’re someone who is enthusiastic about working in a small, supportive start-up and excited to bring your experience in business development, budgeting, project management, research, writing, and fundraising to the table. Importantly, you’re keen to learn on the job and understand that we’re all striving for progress, not perfection.
Don’t be deterred if you don’t have all of the skills or experience yet! This role would be fantastic for someone finding their feet in the creative/charity/business development workplace, and it would be great if you could demonstrate how you have any transferable skills and ways in which you’ve show initiative, passion, curiosity, and dedication to learning and building on ideas. You’ll need to be able to work in a very small team where you’ll assert autonomy and responsibility for tasks and projects. We want to give you direction, but give you the space to define your own projects and ambitions.
