IT Support Technician

Salary: £24,546 - £28,728 per annum

The BFI is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide daily support to users of the BFI IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide 1st / 2nd level support for users of the BFI computer systems
• Support on a rotating basis for the operation and maintenance of the networks and standalone computer systems operating within the BFI Southbank hub.
• To test and install new hardware and software, liaising with team members and or suppliers/manufacturers as appropriate.
• To provide support to all endpoints (Windows and Apple Mac) and mobile devices.

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable previous experience of working in an IT environment
• Working knowledge or understanding of Citrix technologies
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10)
• Knowledge of Computer Networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN\WAN)
