IT Service Desk Support

Salary: £24,546 - £28,728

The BFI is seeking someone to provide 1st line IT Service Desk support to users of the BFI systems and participate in 2nd line support activities.

Key responsibilities
  • To fulfil service requests as they enter the Call Logging system and escalate when required
  • To assist all BFI staff in the office or remotely via remote connection utilities
  • Participate in updating endpoints, including software, patches and security updates
Experience and skills
  • Supporting users in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and IP telephony environments
  • Experience administering Microsoft Office suite (2013 and/or 2016), Microsoft Exchange mailboxes and distribution lists in production environments
  • Proven experience administering Active Directory user accounts, security groups and computer objects

The role is predominantly based at Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
