Salary: £30,141 to £35,622

The BFI is seeking two IT Service Desk Specialists to assist the IT team as we embark on our Transformation project.

Joining at an exciting time, the IT Service Desk Specialists will play an important role in helping the BFI and its service users adopt to new technologies, solution and cloud strategies, so we can continue to expand access to the our work across the UK and internationally and grow our audiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the IT Department in the Transformation project
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite support for users of the BFI computer systems.
  • Provide help and guidance to the users of the BFI computer systems and encourage good practice.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced IT environment, supporting at least 300 users.
  • Previous experience of deploying new hardware or large-scale rollouts.

Both roles are predominantly based at BFI Southbank, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
