Human Resources Advisor



Salary: £29,055 – £34,338

The BFI is the lead organisation for film in the UK. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.

We are looking for an HR Advisor who is professional, proactive and customer-focused to join us. You will already have at least 2 years’ experience as an HR Advisor and will be CIPD qualified or working towards this. In addition to being the main point of contact for your client group, you will support the team to ensure that our people strategy, policies and practices in all areas across the BFI are best practice.

You will ensure that your client groups are supported by an excellent Human Resources service working to our brand values: approachable, inspiring and responsive. You will be responsible for managing the full BFI life cycle for your client groups; Encouraging good practice and reporting upon induction, development, opportunities and leaver management information. The successful candidate will combine excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to work on your own initiative in a systematic and pragmatic manner.
