The BFI is seeking a professional, proactive and customer-focused HR System and Project Coordinator with at least 2 years’ experience as a ‘super-user’ of iTrent (or a similar system) to join our busy team. The role involves providing support to the HR Manager with the System Lead in the development and implementation of our HR System.
With excellent planning and organisational skills, you will provide project support to key Human Resources initiatives. There are a number of transformational people projects at the BFI which this new post will help us plan and implement.
