The BFI, the lead organisation for film in the UK, is seeking an HR Projects & Support Manager. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.

This is a new post. You will support the team to ensure that our people strategy, policies and practices in all areas across the BFI are best practice. Managing our recruitment and selection campaigns and our people development initiatives. You also will be the HR Manager for one of our smaller Directorates, developing your Business Partnering skills and informing project initiatives.

You will be a proactive HR professional looking for your next move. Self-motivated and organised. Looking for a full and varied HR Manager role, who will enjoy juggling a number of key initiatives simultaneously.

Your working environment will be both challenging and inspiring. Our turnover is CGBP 100m, we have around 550 core people plus fixed term, freelancers and volunteers to support our highly varied activities including the London Film Festival, the world’s largest film archive, BFI Southbank, BFIPlayer and the funding of film productions to name but a few.
