Broadway, Nottingham is recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor.

This is a newly created post. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional HR advisory and support service for staff covering the breadth of the employee life cycle on the full range of people management issues, policy and procedures.

You will champion inclusivity, diversity and wellbeing across the organisation, identifying opportunities to improve and develop our people management practice, contributing to Broadway’s ambition to become a value led charity.

  • Hours: 25 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Salary grade 3: £25,290 – £26,380 pro rata
