Salary: £442.50 per week

The Edinburgh Film Festival is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for arranging a wide range of receptions, parties and dinners across the Festival including collating relevant guest lists, and ensuring that all EIFF filmmaker, industry and press guests are able to make the most of their time in Edinburgh. This involves dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including venues, sponsors, suppliers and key industry contacts, to arrange and coordinate these events, negotiating hospitality requirements and organising dinners, parties and drinks receptions, together with sightseeing activities around the Edinburgh area, as well as managing guest lists and invitation/RSVP processes.

Responsibilities also include managing and scheduling grooming for VIP guests, preparing and disseminating the schedule of hospitality events and managing information through the Festival’s database, as well as other event preparation requirements, introducing guests to relevant people and making sure they feel acknowledged and welcomed.

This is a full-time, fixed term position.

  • Dates: 4 July – 26 August
