Salary: £11-£12.30 p/h dependent on experience (up to 36 hours a week). Equivalent to £23-25k per year pro rata.

The Ultimate Picture Palace is seeking a dedicated and organised Head Projectionist and Site Manager to coordinate all technical and maintenance aspects of its historic cinema, as well as duty manage on regular shifts.

As a one-screen, independent cinema the success of our venue relies on the smooth running of our daily film schedule and the welcoming nature of our cinema. The post holder will secure the delivery and preparation of films on our digital projector (and other formats), manage bar stock and display, coordinate annual building maintenance checks. They will also duty manage on regular weekly shifts in which they will project the film, sell tickets at the box office, supervise volunteer staff and provide the highest level of customer care and service for our audiences.

  • Contract: Part time (permanent)
  • Rate of pay: £11p/h (up to 36 hours a week). Equivalent to £23k per year pro-rata (£20,600 gross annual)
