Head of People

Salary: £42,355 per annum

Watershed is looking for a Head of People to lead all of Watershed’s People practices, ensuring both their Human Resources function and their working culture are aligned to their business objectives and values.

Purpose of Job

Watershed has a transparent and trusting staff culture enabled through our commitment to inclusion and kindness. We have invested significant staff and resource in addressing internal inclusion over the last two years and developed industry-leading methodologies for recruitment, understanding the demographic make up of our staff and how it relates to their experiences working at Watershed. Our People strategy identifies learning, development and wellbeing as the focus for the next year and this post will be at the heart of all of this work.

They will play an active role in our senior management team, leading our support for Line Manager and working closely with the Executive team, to ensure all policies and procedures comply with employment legislation and promote a fair and inclusive approach.
