Salary: Chapter Band E

Chapter is one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic arts complexes and is the flagship venue for the contemporary arts in Wales with an international reputation for excellence, innovation and collaboration. The multi-artform venue comprises a range of formal and informal theatre and performing arts spaces, two cinemas, a gallery, studios, a cafe-bar and more than 40 cultural workspaces for associate artists and companies.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Development to take a leading role in the strategic planning, management and delivery of Chapter’s marketing and development activities. Reporting to the Director of External Relations, you will lead on maximising the profitable use of Chapter through the community and business sector, implementing Chapter’s fundraising strategy and devising further growth strategies through the building of revenue across a range of funding streams.

You will also assume responsibility for Chapter’s Marketing strategy which should focus on growing and developing ticket income and attendance across the building and programme.
